Förlossningsbrevet
Idag är det dags för ännu en rutinkontroll. Förrutom det vanliga så ska vi prata igenom förlossningsbrevet. Har inte skrivit så mycket mer än att jag vill ha all den smärtlindring som jag kan få (utom kvaddlarna) och att jag gärna vill ha lavemang innan. Om jag hinner det, vill säga. :P
Jag vet att det förmodligen kommer ut helt naturligt när man ligger där och tar i för kung och fosterland i alla fall...
Men! Det känns liksom inte som jag vill tänka på nummer två de närmaste dagarna efter att ha värpt. Det räcker med nummer ett. Aj, aj, aj.
Annars har jag skrivit att det bara är att köra på. Jag har fullt förtroende för personalen och vet att det gör sitt allra bästa. Har inte byggt upp någon inre bild om hur det hela kommer att te sig nu innan, för jag vet att den bilden förmodlingen kommer att raseras. Jag vet bara att jag är laddad som sjutton...
Jag vet att du kommer till att klara det här galant. Dina skills i ps är helt oklanderliga förresten, är du självlärd? :)
Tror det är bra att inte ha några förväntningar alls på förlossningen. För som du skrev; det kommer kanske inte alls att bli så. Jag hade inte förväntat mig nånting alls. Var egentligen inte ens förberedd. Och tog det som det kom. Och det gick helt över förväntan. Jag hade en drömförlossning.
Helt rätt inställning! Det går inte att förbereda sig till 100%. Det finns inte en förlossning som är lik den andra. Det är bara att försöka ge sig hän och lämna kontrollbehovet hemma.

Själv är jag nu i v. 41+5 och jag kunde ta vad som helst för att ungen ska komma ut..!

Min förlossningsplan är i princip kopierad från de tidigare två - bf i morgon men inget på gång...

Låter ju som den bästa början man kan ha, att vara laddad.
Låter bra att du är laddad och tar det som det kommer. Det kommer att gå hur bra som helst! Det där läppbalsamet har jag hört är bra att ha med sig ja, man blir tydligen torr om läpparna av lustgasen. Som om nu just torra läppar skulle vara det stora problemet när man klämmer ut en tre kilos-klump... ;-P
ja så tänker jag med, jag vet vad jag absolut inte vill prova och vad jag har för önskemål men sen får man ju se. Lavemang får man kanske ta dagarna efter med för att slippa försöka - ajajaja!
Pjuh. Jag blir helt matt när jag läser allt ni grejar med före förlossningen. Det säger kanske en del om hur gammal jag är. :D Min minsta son är 17 år så det är ju ett tag sedan jag värpte förstås. Inte fasen gick man till BB på besök, träffar, fick prova grejor, fyller i papper där man skriver om förväntningar, köpte tidningar, snackade på nätet (fanns knappt då, inte i vårt hus iaf) osv osv. Det är ju rätt kul att läsa om era bestyr men tro fasen du blir trött! Jag undrar om jag gjort det om möjligheterna varit sådana på min tid. Äh, jag tror bara jag vill skryta om att på min tid var vi väntande hönor rätt COOLA och tänkte inte så mycket. :D :D

Funderade också på det där med lavemang innan jag skulle föda men glömde helt bort det under förlossningen. Blev heller inte erbjuden men allt gick ju bra ändå ;-)
Här har du några gratistips inför förlossningen - låt det bara komma, allt är helt naturligt och det finns miljoner tjejer som föder barn varje dag! Själv ville jag inte ha någon smärtlindring alls, bara lustgas och absolut inte eda. Gå in i det hela med inställningen att det kommer att gå bra, så går det bra! Lycka till!

Oj, ja hjälp förlossningsbrev!? Hur 17 ska man kunna veta sånt känner jag? Vi blir inte ens erbjudna studiebesök längre... Håller med dig fullt ut, ge mig all bedövning som erbjuds! ;) När är det du har BF? Jag har lång tid kvar (känns det som) men det kommer gå i en rasande fart är jag rädd :s

Förbered dig på all smärtlindring, så vill du kanske inte ha någon alls tillslut (jag skulle aldrig avvara MIN lustgas). Fick kvaddlar nu senast med Luna och jag vet inte riktigt hur jag gick med på det men det har jag sagt att jag ALDRIG ska ta och det står jag för fortfarande (även om det inte blev så, AJ, AJ, AJ).
